Your transformational coach
Hi there, I’m Mahsa
I help people understand themselves more deeply, gain clarity, and break free from the patterns and inner conflicts that hold them back — to create lasting change, unlock their potential, and live a fulfilling life on their own terms.
My Story
I am a certified Advanced Strategic Intervention Master Life Coach, trained by Tony Robbins — one of the world’s leading experts in personal transformation and human potential — and Dr. Cloe Madanes, a renowned family therapist and pioneer of strategic family therapy, through Robbins-Madanes Training (USA). I am also a licensed NLP Master Practitioner — The Society of NLP.
In my work, I combine evidence-based coaching methods and strategic approaches with a deep understanding of how our inner patterns, beliefs, and emotional strategies shape the way we experience life, respond to challenges, and make decisions.
I help you learn how to get out of your own way and become the version of yourself your next chapter requires.

But my path to this work was shaped not only by training and methodologies — above all, it grew out of my own journey through life and transformation.
The Path of Change
Born in 1981 in Persia, my journey took me through Germany and California before eventually bringing me back to Hamburg — shaped by different cultures, chapters of life, and several new beginnings.
My professional journey began in the world of science with a degree in chemistry, later leading me into the creative world as a Hollywood-trained professional makeup artist — and ultimately to my calling today as a Life Coach.
In my coaching, I bring these different facets together: the structure and analytical thinking of science, the creativity of human expression, and the depth of transformational psychology.
It is this synergy of heart, mind, and soul that fuels my passion for what I do.
Inner Strength & Transformation
As a recovering perfectionist, I know from personal experience that success is not only about the goals we achieve — but also about what happens within us.
There were times in my life when many things seemed to unravel at once. My body was asking for rest, my heart for healing, and my work no longer felt fulfilling. I had to learn to pause instead of simply continuing to function.
I experienced firsthand how deeply unconscious patterns, beliefs, and inner conflicts can shape us — but also how much change becomes possible when we begin to truly understand ourselves and shape our inner world more consciously.
Through this, I discovered a different kind of strength: one that is not rooted in control, pushing through, or perfection, but in awareness, self-compassion, and courage — a strength that opens the way to greater inner freedom.
Inner Freedom
To me, inner freedom means no longer being a prisoner of our past, our fears, or our limiting beliefs.
It begins when we stop looking outside ourselves for our worth and start finding it within. It grows as we develop the courage to let go of the masks we wear in the world — masks that may once have protected us, but now imprison us — and meet ourselves honestly, living authentically with all the facets that make us human.
Inner freedom means consciously choosing rather than automatically reacting. It doesn’t mean no longer feeling fear, but moving forward with courage despite fear, staying true to ourselves, and shaping our lives more consciously.
For me, this path is a lifelong journey that continues to help me grow.
My Mission
My life experiences and my work with others have shaped my belief that change is possible for everyone — regardless of where they are today or what lies behind them.
Today, my mission as a Life Coach is to help people understand and navigate their inner world with greater awareness — with compassion instead of perfection — and develop the courage and self-trust to create a life that is increasingly aligned with who they truly are.
Together, we transform limitations into inner strength, uncertainty into clarity, and fear into freedom.
Because true change begins when we learn to work with ourselves instead of against ourselves.
It’s time to become the author of your own story.

More Than My Work
I love my family and the beautiful souls I’ve chosen to be part of it.
I’m drawn to good music, authentic people, inspiring conversations, and sunny beaches.
Integrity, authenticity, and loyalty are among the values that matter most to me.
I laugh a lot — including at myself — and almost always find a reason to smile.
I love to travel, sometimes on my own. Every journey reminds me how much growth can come from new perspectives.
Yoga, meditation, and celery juice are part of my daily routine — true lifesavers!
I love tomatoes, but French fries are my weakness.
To me, gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions. In it, I find love, joy, freedom, peace, and a connection to my true self.
When I was 11 years old, I nearly drowned in the Caspian Sea on a stormy day. It took a long time before I was rescued, yet in the midst of those waves, I simply knew: I would not die there, not that day.
That deep sense of trust and certainty stayed with me until a courageous person risked his own life to save mine. The fact that we both survived fills me with profound gratitude to this day.
That experience is still very much alive within me — as a reminder of the power of trust and as an example of the incredible resilience of human nature.
“The only thing that is going to make you alive in this lifetime is not what you get, it’s who you become.”
If you’ve read this far, thank you. I hope this is just the beginning of our journey together. I’d love to learn more about you and your goals, challenges, and aspirations.
